About Us

OUR MISSION

We exist to see people encounter God, walk in freedom,
become disciples and live with mission.

We want people to genuinely experience the living God through Jesus Christ.
We create space for people to meet with God through the preaching of the Gospel, Spirit-filled worship, weekly communion, prayer, and the presence and power of the Holy Spirit.
We believe Jesus saves, heals and sets free.
We want people to increasingly walk in the salvation, identity, healing, freedom and wholeness Jesus has made possible.
Jesus did not simply call people to believe in Him.
He called people to follow Him.
We help people to become disciples who know Jesus, obey His Word, become increasingly like Him and help others follow Him.
Every follower of Jesus is sent with a purpose to be part of His mission.
We carry the Gospel, love, presence and Kingdom of God into our homes, workplaces, schools, neighbourhoods, community and world.

OUR PASTORS

Pastor Kane & Alyssa Attard

We believe God's Spirit transforms lives and we've seen it happen around the world and right here on Bribie Island. People walking in carrying the weight of life, and leaving changed. Not because of anything we do, but because “where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”

Freedom Church exists for that. To see people encounter God, walk in freedom, become disciples, and live with mission. You don't need to have it all together to walk through our doors. Bring your questions and your curiosity, and let Jesus transform you from the inside out.

There's genuine community here and people who are looking forward to meeting you. Come find us on a Sunday and say hello!
